Share your files easily and securely by creating a link to a public or private share. Public shares can be protected with a password, and private shares are secured with a required FileCloud account. You can securely transfer files or set up a collaboration space for project-related files. In addition to syncing files automatically, you can also backup specific folders in your Windows, Mac or Linux Desktop to FileCloud for safekeeping. You can let FileCloud Server handle the details or set a schedule for when you want a backup to occur.

Integrates with NTFS and Active Directory

Bring secure and remote access to existing network folders and user home directories. If necessary, you can prohibit users from sending and receiving data across shared or public networks when their computing devices are directly connected to the private network. FileCloud honors existing Microsoft NTFS permissions and authentication.

Integration with Office and Outlook

You can open, edit, and save any Office files stored in FileCloud right from your browser. FileCloud enhances Microsoft Office collaboration with DocIQ, a real time assistant that displays relevant and contextual information in the same window as your Microsoft Office document. With FileCloud’s Outlook add-on, you can automatically upload attachments to FileCloud and share them as a link in emails. Using FileCloud Office add-ons, you can open, edit, and save files to FileCloud directly from Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
